How To Swaddle

a step-by-step guide to swaddling your baby

Step 1:
lay the aden + anais wrap flat in a diamond shape and fold the top corner down into a triangle (the point of the triangle should sit around one third of the way into the wrap)

Step 2:
place your baby in the center of the folded area with their head just above the fold of the wrap. Ensure that your baby’s shoulders are still on the wrap.

Step 3:
gently place your baby’s right arm flat against their body. Take the left side of the aden + anais wrap and bring it across your baby’s chest. Ensure that your baby’s arm is securely under the wrap. Tuck the edge of the wrap under your baby to firmly fix the wrap.

Step 4:
fold the bottom of the aden + anais wrap up and over your baby’s feet.

Step 5:
finally, place your baby’s left arm gently against their body, take the right side of the aden + anais wrap and bring it across your baby’s chest. Tuck the excess material underneath your baby to secure the swaddle.
